Owned or controlled by Lovink, and the products, services and features we make available to you as part of the Platform (together, the “Service”). We hope you love our product and we welcome any feedback you may have.
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us, that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. Your registering, accessing or using the Platform or using the Service is subject to this Terms of Service. Or other applicable terms we may publish and update in connection with your use of the Service from time to time (together, this "Agreement"). Lovink Appication

(1) Free Access.  Lovink provides you with limited access to the Service free of charge.
(2) Subscription. To enjoy the full benefits of the Service, including but not limited to the ability to find matches and chat with them for free, but if you want to use the Auto Matching lover and Pairing features, you must pay for those features. If you purchase a subscription to the Service, the following terms apply:
You use our Beily coin to pay for paid services. 1 Beily coin is equivalent to 1 US Dollar.
You cannot buy, sell or give Beily coin to anyone else and cannot cancel or return it.
The price of the service is calculated as follows:
A: For the "Auto Matching Lover" function: Users who want to use this function must have 1 Beily in their account, the maximum online chat duration of the two of you is 5 minutes, the fee starts from the 1st second.
B: For the "Pairing" function: Users who want to use this function must have 1 Beily in their account, the fee is only calculated when both parties have agreed to pair up together.
At Find lover, your privacy is our top priority. Your privacy is at the core of how we design and build the services and products you know and love, so you can trust them and focus on building meaningful connections.

We appreciate that you trust us with your information, and we intend to always keep that trust. This starts with making sure you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices you have regarding your information. This policy describes our privacy practices in plain language, keeping legal and technical jargon to a minimum.

1. Where This Privacy Policy Applies
This Privacy Policy applies to the apps, events, and other services we operate through the Find Lover app. For simplicity, we refer to all of these collectively as “services” in this Privacy Policy. To provide further clarity, we have included links to this Privacy Policy on all applicable services.
Some services may require a separate privacy policy. If a service has a separate privacy policy, that policy will apply, rather than this Privacy Policy

2. Information We Collect
We all understand that we can't help you develop meaningful relationships without some information about you, such as basic profile information and the type of people you want to meet. We also collect information related to your use of our services, such as your browsing history, and also information from third parties, such as when you access our services using a social media account or when you upload information from your social media account to complete a profile. If you want more information, we go into more detail below.
Information You Give Us
You choose to provide us with certain information when you use our services. This includes:
• When you create an account, you provide us with at least your phone number and email address, along with some other basic information required for the service, such as your gender, date of birth, and who you want to connect with.
• When you complete your profile, you have the option to share with us your sexual orientation. If you provide us with that information, you consent to our use of it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You may also share with us other information, such as your biography and interests, and content such as photos and videos. To add a certain type of content, such as photos or videos, you may need to allow us to access your camera or photo album.
• When you sign up for a paid service or make a purchase directly from us (rather than through a platform like iOS or Android), you provide us with information related to your transaction and provide our transaction processors with information such as your debit or credit card number or other financial information.
• When you participate in surveys, customer focus groups or market research, you provide us with your opinions about our products and services, answers to our questions and comments.

• When you decide to participate in promotions, events or contests, we collect the information you use to register or participate.
• If you contact our customer service team, we collect the information you provide to us during the interaction.
• If you share information about someone else with us (for example, if you use a friend's contact information for a feature), we process this information with your authorization to complete that request.
• Of course, we also process your conversations with other members and the content you post to ensure the operation, security of the services, and to keep the community safe.

Information We Get from Other Sources
In addition to the information you provide to us directly, we receive information about you from other sources, including:

Information Automatically Generated and Collected When You Use Our Services
Your use of our services generates technical data about which features you use, how you use them, and the device you use to access our services. See below for more details.

• Usage Information: Using the Services generates data about your activities on our Services, such as how you use them (e.g., when you log in, the features you use, your activity, information displayed to you, links to websites or ads you interact with) and your interactions with other members (e.g., members you have connected with and interacted with, and when you have matched with those members and the messages you have exchanged).

• Device Information: We collect information from and about one or more devices you use to access our Services, including hardware and software information such as IP address, device type and identifier, settings & characteristics of applications, and identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that can identify a unique device or browser.
• Information collected by cookies and similar technologies: We use and may allow others to use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, SDKs) to identify you and/or one or more of your devices.
• Other information requiring your consent:
o We may collect other information with your consent, such as camera, microphone, photos, photo folders and videos (for example, if you want to post a photo or video or participate in live streaming features on our services).

E. To prevent, detect, and combat fraud and other illegal or unauthorized activities

• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations: We process your information when necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations and to demonstrate our compliance with them. For example, we retain traffic and transaction data to comply with our accounting, tax, and other data retention obligations, and to be able to respond to lawful access requests from law enforcement. We also retain data to demonstrate the consent decisions customers have made to us or their decisions not to opt-in to a feature or process.

• Consent: If you choose to provide us with information that may be considered “special” or “sensitive” in certain circumstances, such as sexual orientation, you are consenting to our processing of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may ask you for your consent to the collection of certain information, such as your precise geographic location, or the use of your information for certain purposes. In some cases, you may withdraw your consent by changing your settings (such as adjustments related to our collection of precise geolocation information) or by deleting your content (such as deleting information in areas of your profile that may be considered “special” or “sensitive”). In any case, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

4. How We Share Information
Because our goal is to help you build meaningful relationships, the majority of the information about our users is, of course, with other users. We also share some types of information about our users with service providers and partners who help us operate our services.

You share information with other users when you voluntarily disclose information on the service (including your public profile). If someone files a report about you (for example, a violation of our Terms of Use), we may contact the person who filed the report about what action, if any, we took as a result of the report.

With our service providers and partners
We use third parties to help operate, deliver, market, and improve the service, such as hosting and maintenance, data analysis, customer care, marketing, advertising, payment processing, and security. We also share information with partners who distribute and help us promote the service. For example, we may share a limited amount of information about you in a hashed, non-human readable form.
We follow a rigorous vetting process before hiring any vendors or working with any partners. Our vendors and partners must agree to strict confidentiality obligations.

Sharing Features
We do not provide in-app sharing features, so if you use screenshots or any other means to post to another social media platform, that is not allowed.

We may transfer your information if we are involved, in whole or in part, in a merger, sale, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy, or other change of ownership or control.
With law enforcement/when required by law
We may disclose your information if necessary: To comply with a legal process, such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant, a law enforcement investigation or other legal requirements. To assist in the prevention or detection of crime (subject to applicable law in each case); or to protect the safety of any person.
To enforce legal rights
We may also share information: If disclosure would lessen our liability in an actual or threatened lawsuit, as necessary to protect our legal rights and the legal rights of our members, business partners or other interested parties, to enforce our agreements with you to investigate, prevent or enforce
take other action related to illegal activity, suspected fraud, or other wrongdoing.

With your consent or at your request
We may use and share non-personal information (meaning information that does not, by itself, identify you, such as device information, general demographics, general behavioral data, location in an unidentified form), as well as personal information in a disaggregated, non-human readable form, under any of the above circumstances. We may also share this information with other Match Group companies and third parties (notably advertisers) to develop and deliver targeted advertising on our services and on third-party websites or applications, and to analyze and report on the advertising you see. We may combine this information with non-personal information or additional personal information in disaggregated, non-human readable form collected from other sources.

5. Cross-Border Transfers
The sharing of information set out in Section 4 relates to cross-border transfers to the United States and other jurisdictions that may have different laws regarding data processing. When we transfer personal information outside the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or other countries whose data protection laws have been adopted by the European Commission or other competent government authority, we use standard contractual clauses (standard contractual clauses are agreements between companies undertaking transfers of personal data, binding them to protect the privacy and security of your data) or other appropriate transfer mechanism. We are currently in the process of reviewing the transfers to our suppliers and the legal basis in light of the recent judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union on transfers of personal data to the United States.
6. Your Rights and Choices
We want you to be in control of your information, so we want to remind you of the following options and tools available to you:
• Access/Update tools within the service. These tools can help you access, correct, or delete information that you have provided to us and that is directly associated with your account within the service. Mobile platforms may have permission systems for specific types of device data and notifications, such as phone contacts, photos, location-related services, push notifications, and advertising identifiers. You can change the settings on your device to agree or object to the collection or processing of such information or to the display of such notifications. Of course, if you do so, certain services may be unavailable to you.

• Uninstall. You can stop all information collection by an application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process on your device. Remember that uninstalling an application does NOT close your account. To close your account, please use the corresponding feature of the service.

• Close account. You can close your account by use the relevant feature directly on the service.
We also want you to be aware of your privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access/know. You may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, and in certain circumstances, you may receive this copy in a portable format.
• Delete/erase. You may request that we delete the personal information we hold about you. You can exercise your right to deletion by sending us a request.
• Correct/Correct/Update. You can correct most information you have provided to us by editing your profile directly on the service. If you believe that the information we hold about you is inaccurate, you can contact me to correct it.
• Object/Restrict. You also have the right to object to or request that we restrict certain processing. To do so, please contact us.
For your protection and the protection of all our users, we may require you to provide proof of identity before we can respond to such requests. Please note that we may deny requests, including if we cannot authenticate you, if the request is illegal or invalid, or if it may violate another person's trade secrets or intellectual property or privacy or other rights. If you wish to receive information about another member, such as a copy of any messages you have received from them through our services, that member must contact us and provide us with written consent before such information is released. We may also require them to provide proof of identity before we respond to the request. In addition, we may not be able to respond to certain requests to object to or restrict the processing of personal information, in particular where such requests do not allow us to provide our services to you.
For example, we cannot provide our services if we do not have your date of birth and therefore cannot guarantee that you are 18 years of age or older.
If you are a resident of Virginia, USA, if we deny your privacy request, you may complain by contacting us, and specifying the message “Privacy Request Complaint.” If you are concerned about the outcome of your complaint, you may contact the attorney general in your state.
In certain countries, including countries in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority if you have concerns about how we have handled your personal information. You can find information about your data protection authority in the European Economic Area, and in the United Kingdom. The data protection authority to which you can lodge a complaint may be the authority in your place of residence, where you work or where the alleged infringement occurred.

7. How long we store your information
We only store your personal information for as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable law. If you decide to stop using our services, you can close your account and your profile will no longer be visible to other members. Please note that we will automatically close your account if you have been inactive for a period of two years. Once your account is closed, we will delete your personal information, as set out below:
1. To protect the safety and security of our members, we apply a safekeeping period of three months after an account is closed, or one year after an account is banned. During this period, we keep your information in case it is needed to investigate illegal or harmful activities. The retention of information for this period of safekeeping is based on our legitimate interests as well as the interests of potential third parties.
2. When the safekeeping period ends, we will delete your data and only retain limited information for the specific purposes outlined below:

• a) We retain a minimum portion of data to comply with legal data retention obligations: specifically, we retain transaction data for 10 years to comply with legal tax and accounting requirements, credit card information for the period during which users can dispute a transaction, and “traffic data”/logs for one year to comply with legal data retention obligations. We also keep records of the consent decisions members provide to us for five years as evidence of our compliance with applicable laws.
• b) We retain a minimum of information on the basis of our legitimate interests: we store customer care records and related data as well as the user's non-accurate location when downloading the application/transaction for five years to support our customer care decisions, enforce our rights and allow us to defend ourselves in the event of a complaint, information about the existence of past accounts and subscriptions - we will delete three years after you close your last account to ensure appropriate and accurate financial forecasting and reporting, profile data for one year in case of litigation, for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, and data necessary to prevent banned members from opening new accounts, for a period long enough to ensure the safety and essential interests of our members.
• c) Finally, we retain information on the basis of our legitimate interests for the risk and where there is a factual issue, claim or dispute that requires us to retain the information (in particular if we receive a lawful subpoena or request that we preserve the data (in which case we need to retain the data to comply with our legal obligations) or if the data is necessary for legal processes).

8. No Children Allowed
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not allow individuals under the age of 18 to use our platform. If you suspect a member is under the age of 18, please use the reporting mechanism available on the service.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Because we are always looking for new and innovative ways to help you build meaningful relationships and strive to keep our explanations of data use up to date, this policy may change from time to time. We will notify you before any material changes take effect so that you have time to review them.
